NEW VIDEO: 21 Savage – ball w/o you
21 Savage reflects on lost love in the video for “ball w/o you.”
The clip, directed by WALU, opens with his girl in the club drinking and taking selfies with her friends. She eventually gets drunk and stumbles to the bathroom, where she passes out before security drags her out kicking and screaming. Meanwhile, Savage sits in his plush pad overlooking the hills, reflecting on their relationship while a new girl sits by his side. His old chick is left out on the curb with her bags, still snapping selfies.
“I gave you my all / You was my dawg / I would have went to war with the world on your call,” raps Savage. “Now I gotta ball without you.”
Following the J. Cole-assisted “a lot,” “ball w/o you” is the latest single off 21 Savage’s sophomore album i am > i was, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in December.
