An up-tempo roots-reggae beat by showbiz couple T.W.O, this feel-good jam taken from their most recent album ‘T.W.O Plus..”, takes roots reggae lovers on a nostalgic journey back to the 80s, when it all really held sway.
The ever-growing universality of reggae music is portrayed in the music video via studio rehearsals culminating into a concert performance on a large stage with flags of many nations dangling overhead. Rise Up also pays brief tribute to Reggae greats. Oh, and of course – Clarence Peters Shot It.
